It is not always essential to pre book accommodation but it certainly does help if you are traveling at peak periods or school holidays - so you are assured of the most suitable type of accommodation. Methven / Mt Hutt Village has a range of accommodation types from backpackers, small to medium range lodges catering for up to 30 persons, elegant up market lodges and larger hotels. There are also independent houses, chalets and farm cottages, which suit families or small groups traveling together. Conference facilities available. Homestays provided. Please use our Reservation Request Form to tell us what kind of accommodation you require in our area. The staff of the Methven i-SITE Visitor Centre will then send you a list of accommodation that is suitable to your requirements which will include information such as: room configurations, facilities available to guests and rates.
